Case Study No.1
The developer of this Luxury development in Hornsey, North London has specified Telford Cylinders thermal store units for the supply of mains pressure hot water. When the development is completed there will be approximately 2000 units fitted on this site.
Telford was the only cylinder manufacture prepared to manufacture a bespoke unit for this house builder. The Tristor Spacesaver Plus is now part of our standard product range.
Case Study No.2
When a major house builder was looking for an alternative to their current supply, their wish list was to find a supplier who could provide a simple but effective product, delivering lots of mains pressure water, but without the worry of Building Regulation G3 discharge. Telford’s manual-fill Tristor cylinder was recommended to them by an installer currently using the product on the site of another major house builder. Inquisitive as to how the unit worked, they requested a site visit to see the unit during manufacture and testing. They were able to see it perform on our test facilities.
Capable of delivering the same amount of mains water as the cylinders capacity, this thermal store was developed using our patented thermal store coil. Suitable for all electric applications, the benefit to the installer/developer is reduced build and labour cost. No longer does the M&E contractor have to run expensive metallic discharge down through high rise city centre properties.
Several developers have seen the unit in operation and have been so impressed by the design and simplicity that they have begun specifying the product for their own build programmes.
